Please read these terms carefully before using the Worldxfer Management System and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Worldxfer Management System, including our cashless payment systems, game cards, wristbands, wearable devices, and related software solutions (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These terms apply to all amusement parks, indoor playgrounds, family entertainment centers (FEC), arcades, theme parks, and other entertainment complexes utilizing our systems globally.

2. Description of Services

Worldxfer provides a comprehensive venue refined management system that integrates group-oriented and platform-based management features. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Front-end cashier modules and membership management.
  • Cashless payment solutions and mobile wallet integration across 100+ countries.
  • Back-end statistical analysis and real-time operational data insights.
  • Integration with Kingdee ERP/EBC systems for inventory and financial management.

3. Hardware & Software Use

3.1 Compatible Equipment: Our systems are designed to be compatible with a wide range of amusement equipment. However, clients are responsible for ensuring their specific machinery meets our integration requirements.

3.2 OEM/ODM Customization: For clients utilizing our flexible OEM and ODM services, specific terms regarding hardware modifications, branding, and deployment will be governed by a separate customized agreement.

3.3 Updates and Maintenance: We continuously improve our systems. You agree to receive automatic software updates to ensure stable, durable, and secure system performance.

4. User Responsibilities

As an operator or distributor using the Worldxfer system, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and management dashboard access.
  • Use the system in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection and privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate information when utilizing our payment integration and tax modules.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the RFID, contactless technology, or software architecture provided by Worldxfer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, designs, and trademarks provided by Worldxfer remain the exclusive property of Worldxfer and its licensors (including our partner, Kingdee). The use of our Services does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property. You may only use our branding and trademarks in accordance with our explicit written guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Worldxfer strives to provide reliable and continuous operation for high-traffic environments, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldxfer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the system, unauthorized access to your data, or any hardware malfunctions.
